It depends on who will be the interviewer (manager, consultant, etc.). In any case, I would suggest to send an email to the first interview and ask:
1. What are the expectations for the second interview?
2. Do I need to prepare something specific from a technical point of view?
The golden rules are:
1. Be transparent
2. Show proactiveness and creativity to fill the technical gaps that you might have (for instance: “I could start studying by my own if this is an aspect mandatory to have”)
