To give you a bit of clarification on the structure, the TA Manager is managing TA Specialist and TA Partner. The last one is a recruiter position with a bigger business part (meeting with customers, networking event...), and in-house, whereas TA Manager / Specialist / Officer are in one of our Hub (Barcelona, Shanghai, Mauritius, Bucharest, Medellin, Tunis, Ho Chi Minh...)

Thank you Ysé. Certainly your support to my query indeed shed good light into the structure on the three. I infer that the TA Partner is likely more of a localized role than the TAS/O counterpart, for a final subsequent query, does the TA Partner engage in acquisition strategy planning?
indeed the TA Partner is more involved in the planning of the recruitment strategy than the TA Specialist, but they're both equally involved in the realization of the strategy.
