Thanks a lot for your interest in Amaris!
The difference is mainly the level of responsibility: Recruitment officer is now talent acquisition officer, it's a junior recruiter position.
Then, when you start having results and a bit of experience you become a talent acquisition specialist and work closely with the business in term of knowledge of your market, action on candidate... etc. Then, again, with the experience, you become senior TAS: this includes coaching of 1 or 2 juniors.
After 2 / 3 years of recruiter experience and if you show your ability to be a leader, your proactivity and your management skills, you become Talent Acquisition Manager.
In this position, you do less production and work on the recruitment strategy for your entire business line.
As a recruitment partner, you have to handle a geographic zone and work on the strategy of your perimeter.
Hope it's clear! :)
