Hello Abhijeet,

The goal of the first interview is to know who you are and what you want. We will check a bit your technical aspect, but it is more about your personnality and wishes.
However, if you have a specific project to work on, we will check your technical skills in accordance with this project.

If you have more question, feel free to ask.

Sincerely,

Hello Abhijeet,
Thanks for your question, I would say the safest bet is to prepare for both options. The technical side will definitely be evaluated and if the role has direct management, your managerial experience will be to present as well.

In any case, the soft skills and personality are always important during the interview.

Have a nice preparation!

Best regards
Julie
