Hello Flavien,

The application process is usually composed of 3 Interviews. The first one is to know you better, to see if you fit with the job and Amaris spirit. Alternatively, if it's a spontaneous application, we try to understand what should correspond and what you would like to do. The second one is to test your technical skills and knowledge, and the third one is to challenge you the last time, and it's also the last check regarding your interest, and the administrative part we need to know about for the contract.

This is indeed a great question, thanks for submitting it. Elea couldn't have said it better. the 3 interviews described are the core of the recruitment process. For other profiles in the staff team it might take a couple more interviews but it is generally the same structure. The first step after receiving you application is a call with one of our talent experts who will guide you through all of these stages before getting a final response. We strongly suggest to have a clear understanding of the position you are applying for and to dig on our company's story and key aspects.
